This practical, hands-on training session focuses on creating better digital content for housing communications.
Designed for people who already create content or are expected to, this session builds confidence, clarity and practical skills in digital storytelling.
No technical background is required.
You will learn:

What good digital storytelling looks like in housing settings

Practical guidance on filming, formats, styles and subtitles

How to improve accessibility and engagement

Why some content works and some doesn’t

How to film short content using our equipment

How to improve through supportive feedback
This is a safe, practical learning space to try things out, ask questions and build confidence.

Written confirmation by email is required for all cancellations. Bookings cancelled before the Monday 11th May 2026 will be refunded. No refunds will be processed after this date.

Registered delegates who do not attend the event will be liable for payment in full unless written communication is received by the cancellation date of Monday 11th May 2026

If you are unable to attend, you can send a substitute delegate at no extra cost. All substitute delegates must be notified to [email protected]. If substitute changes are made after the cancellation date, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any specific needs, e.g. dietary. Do contact us beforehand to check.

Once we have received your cancellation, we will forward you a confirmation of your cancellation.
TPAS Cymru’s right to cancel
We aim to make sure that the courses and events run as planned. However, there may be times when, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have to cancel the course or event. Should this be the case we will give you as much notice as possible. If you have already paid for the cancelled course or event we will transfer your booking to a rescheduled date or give you a full refund if this option is not possible. We will not refund any costs you may incur as a result of the cancellation
