Rent affordability is one of the biggest issues in housing and so it is essential that landlords are open & transparent with tenants on how and why rents have been set at the level they have and, how rent income is spent…….effective and inclusive communications are key to this.
The recent national Tenant Pulse survey clearly demonstrated that tenants want more information about rents and what rent income is spent on.
Join us for this new workshop to explore how to share and communicate this information with tenants , as getting rent communications and transparency right is essential to building trust and understanding with tenants during this challenging economic time.
What will the session look at?
During this online workshop session, we’ll explore ideas and look at examples of rent communications from across the UK housing sector .
We’ll also examine what needs to be in place within the organisation to make it work.

This course is designed for staff, anyone who is involved in rents, communications , performance or tenant involvement.

The delegate rate is for one person not a group booking – each attendee needs to register individually
Cancellation Policy – for paid online events
All cancellations for paid events must be made by email to [email protected] If you cancel your place less than 2 working days before the online event you will incur the full cost.
If you are unable to attend, you can send a substitute delegate at no extra cost. All substitute delegates must be notified to [email protected]
If you fail to attend a paid, online sessions, you will be charged the full cost of attendance.
Once we have received your cancellation, we will forward you a confirmation of your cancellation
For our paid events please note, one paid registration may only be used by one person, and the sharing of joining links /screens is prohibited. Therefore, each person attending this event must have a separate registration.
