This year's TPAS Cymru's Good Practice Awards and Celebration Dinner will be hosted by Jennifer Jones

Jennifer is best known as news anchor on BBC Wales’ flagship television news programme, Wales Today. She’s also proud to present BBC Radio Cymru’s news and current affairs programme Dros Ginio, and has also presented BBC Radio Wales’ drivetime news programme, Good Evening Wales.

Jennifer presented S4C’s National Eisteddfod programmes during lockdown. This year she was reporting from the festival for English language news.  A North Walian and first language Welsh speaker Jen is currently enjoying a busy and varied career.

What should I wear?

There is no formal dress code - we want our delegates to wear whatever they are comfortable in. You can dress up or dress down, it’s up to you!  Just come and enjoy yourselves.

What time does it start & finish?
Check out the programme below – do make sure you are seated on time! Check out the seating plan in the bar area when you arrive.

If you arrive before 6pm, the hotel bar in the main reception will be open until the doors open for the function suite at 6pm

Can we take photos?

Yes, there will plenty of opportunities to take photos as each award is presented. We will also have an official photographer during the evening taking photographs of each of the finalists. Every photo taken will be available online via TPAS Cymru in the next few days following the event.  You are also very welcome to take your group photos later in front of the TPAS Cymru banner in the bar area.

Preceeding the Evening Awards Ceremony, during the day we will be holding our exciting 'How to engage people in 2025 and beyond: The Tenant Engagement Best Practice Day'.  This will be a fantastic event sharing practical case studies and ideas. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All prices are exclusive of VAT
  2. Options do not include accommodation. If you wish to stay at this hotel you will need to book this direct with them on 0292 078 5590.
  3. The *distance discount applies to those bookings from organisations based 50 miles or more from the venue
  4. TPAS Cymru CANNOT accept any provisional bookings.
  5. Written confirmation is required for all cancellations.  Cancellations received before the date of 12 June 2025 will be refunded, minus an administration fee of £30.00.  No refunds will be processed after this date.
  6. Registered delegates who do not attend the event will be liable for payment in full unless written communication is received by the cancellation date.
  7. Any changes, such as names, made to the bookings after 12 June 2025 will incur an administration fee of £15.00 plus VAT per change. 
  8. TPAS Cymru may have to cancel this event.  In this case we will refund any payments received.  We will not refund any costs you may incur as a result of the cancellation.

Booking Guide

1. Enter your Name and E-mail address, and select the amount of tickets you would like to book, then click 'continue booking'.

2. If you are booking 1 ticket, enter your details and click "Save and Confirm Booking". You will then see your details in an orange box at the bottom.

3. If you have selected more than 1 ticket, add the first attendee’s information as in step 2, click "Save and Confirm Booking" and scroll back up to enter your second attendee. Repeat Step 3 until all your attendees have been added.

4. Once you have added all the attendees information, you will notice the "Add Delegate" button at the bottom change to "Save and Confirm Booking". Once you have clicked this button, you will see a green "success" box on screen, and you will receive an emailed confirmation that your booking has been successful.

5. Payment for the event may be made via BACs, or TPAS Cymru will issue an invoice after the event has taken place.
