This AGM covers the period 1st April 2025 - 31st March 2026. It is open to tenants and housing staff of member organisations and invited guests.

Purpose

AGM’s are an opportunity to scrutinise and learn more about our work from the Board and staff at TPAS Cymru.

We aim to combine a mix of the required formal reports with an opportunity to be listened to and to ask questions about our work. There will also be:

Canllaw Archebu

1. Rhowch eich Enw a'ch cyfeiriad E-bost, a dewiswch faint o docynnau yr hoffech eu harchebu, yna cliciwch ar 'Parhau i Archebu'.

2. Os ydych yn archebu 1 tocyn, rhowch eich manylion a chliciwch "Arbed a Chadarnhau eich Archeb". Yna fe welwch eich manylion yn y blwch oren ar y gwaelod.

3. Os ydych wedi dewis mwy nag 1 tocyn, rhowch fanylion y cynrychiolwr cyntaf fel yng Ngham 2, cliciwch "Arbed a Chadarnhau eich Archeb" a sgroliwch yn ôl i fyny i roi manylion eich ail gynrychiolwr. Ailadroddwch Gam 3 nes bod eich holl gynrychiolwyr wedi eu hychwanegu.

4. Unwaith y byddwch wedi ychwanegu gwybodaeth am eich holl gynrychiolwyr, fe welwch y botwm "Ychwanegu Cynrychiolwr" yn newid i "Arbed a Chadarnhau eich Archeb". Unwaith y byddwch yn clicio’r bowm yma, fe welwch flwch gwyrdd gyda "Llwyddiant" yn ymddangos ar eich sgrîn, a byddwch yn derbyn cadarnhad trwy e-bost eich bod wedi archebu yn llwyddiannus.

5. Gellir talu am y digwyddiad trwy BACs, neu fe fydd TPAS Cymru yn anfon anfoneb ar ôl y digwyddiad gymryd lle.

  1. TPAS Cymru CANNOT accept any provisional bookings.
  2. To ensure opportunities for a wide range of organisations and voices, we may need to restrict the number of attendees per member organisation.
  3. Written / email confirmation is required for all cancellations. Cancellations received before the closing date will be refunded, minus an administration fee of £15.00 plus VAT. No refunds will be processed after this date
  4. Registered delegates who frequently do not attend the events they booked on, may find they are prevented from attending future events(unless written communication is received by the cancellation date).
  5. Where a fee is associated with an event, registered delegates who do not attend the event will be liable for payment in full unless written communication is received by the cancellation date
  6. TPAS Cymru reserve the right to cancel this event. In this case we will refund any payments received. We will not refund any costs you may incur as a result of the cancellation.
