The Welsh Government’s Housing Regulation Team regulates registered social landlords registered in Wales, which are more commonly known as ‘housing associations’. The work of the Regulation Team is overseen by the Regulatory Board for Wales (RBW)
The Regulatory Board for Wales is in place to hold the Welsh Government’s Regulation Team to account. The Board is independent and made up of key housing figures from across the UK. The purpose of the Board is to examine the regulatory performance and activity of the Welsh Government and the housing sector and to advise the Government Minister on the performance and related policy implications.
Helen White, Chair of the RBW, has provided this update from the most recent Board Meeting.
Business Support Officer Iona Robertson Iona is responsible for efficient and customer focused administration.
