Supporting Private Renters: sharing the tenant voice on no-fault evictions

We attended a workshop with Welsh Government focused on a reccomendation which proposes that tenants facing a no-fault eviction should be allowed to retain the last two months’ rent of their tenancy as compensation for the financial and wellbeing impact of a forced move.
